People and Talent KPI dashboards provide HR professionals with real-time insights into key HR metrics, such as employee retention, engagement, hiring trends and DEI. Below is a sample of dashboards I created in a prior role to identify trends and patterns that can help executives make data-driven decisions that impact the organization.
I created the dashboards in their entirety from data ingestion to the final result:
Extracted the data from multiple systems
Cleansed and synthesized the data
Developed the data models that feed these dashboards
Optimized data models for load time and performance
Developed a style guide and trained junior analysts to ensure cohesive look and feel across a suite of reports
Developed calculations, charts, graphs and models within Tableau to present the data in a way that allows leaders to take action on the results
Ensured all data was connected, the filters and drill downs were tied together to optimize performance
