I’ve spent the last 10 years working in various industries (healthcare, finance, mortgage, and tech) with all things data.I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve seen projects that have been executed flawlessly, but many more that have gone off the rails and come in way over budget and way past due. And those that went off the rails all boiled down to one key piece: missing communication between IT and the Business.
